Shipping policy

In-Store Pickup

Our stores offer in-store pickup — there is no shipping option available. Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when you come to collect your order.

Once your order is marked as ready for pickup, you will receive a "Your order is ready for pickup" email. Orders not picked up within seven (7) days of that notification will be automatically canceled and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, usable both online and in-store.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, email us at customerservice@excitementemail.com.

  • Before your "Ready for Pickup" email: You may cancel for a full refund to your original payment method at any time.
  • After your "Ready for Pickup" email, within 7 days: You may cancel, but a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • After 7 days (order auto-canceled): A 10% restocking fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, usable both online and in-store.

Designating an Alternate Pickup Person

You can assign an alternate person to pick up your order by adding that to your Order Notes in your cart. Please provide their name in the Order Notes and forward them the "Ready for Pickup" email or text you received. They will need to provide that message and a valid ID at the time of pickup.
