Shipping Info
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location. We offer Economy shipping, which is typically 5-8 business days. We strive to ship your order by the end of the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).
How do I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, email us at sales@excitementemail.com. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Once the shipping label has been created, we cannot update the shipping address. If the order was returned to us due to an address error, the order will be canceled and refunded and can not be shipped back out.
In-Store Pickup
If you're in the area, our stores offer in-store pickup to skip the shipping cost and time. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Your order will be canceled and store credit will be issued if not picked up within seven (7) days of the date the order is placed.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes! Your order will arrive in plain brown boxes or bubble mailers. The shipping label will read Excitement Smokin.
How much is shipping?
We offer free Economy shipping for order over $35+, otherwise the cost is $7.25.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Why Can't We Ship Certain Items Due to the PACT Act?
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, amended in 2021, imposes strict regulations on the shipping of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), such as e-cigarettes and vapes. Due to these regulations, we are unable to ship these items through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or other major carriers like FedEx and UPS. The PACT Act aims to prevent minors from accessing these products and ensures compliance with state, local, and tribal tax laws.
However, these items are available for in-store pickup only.
Designating an Alternate Pickup Person
You can assign an alternate person to pick up your order by adding that to your Order Notes in your cart. Please provide their name in the Order Notes and forward them the "Ready for Pickup" email or text you received. They will need to provide that message and a valid ID at the time of pickup.
