Ship to Store Help

Welcome to our Ship To Store program! This program allows you to conveniently place an order online when the product is out of stock in your preferred store location and have it shipped to a store of your choice for pick up.

How It Works

  1. Send us a message requesting a Ship to Store order. You can do this one of two ways, either through an email to sales@excitementemail.com or in the chat window, to initiate the process.
  2. In your message, include the products (including the color/size/etc.) you would like to purchase and the location you would like them shipped to. For the fastest response, put the item(s) you would like to order in your cart then contact us through the chat.
  3. We will then email you an invoice for the order with a link for payment. Once the order is paid, it will generate the shipping of your product to your location.
  4. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive at the selected pickup location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
